MS, you don't see a loan from a bank or other financial institution, nor do I.  However, you do think a deal is either made or close, right?  I assume you mean a deal with a tech company that likes our tech?   Here's the danger with that - they will want some security, that may well be our IP, and I'm not so excited about risking that, because if the LOI deal does not come to pass, we might run into problems, and either have to dilute to raise money to pay off the loan or risk whatever security we put up.
