Shash, the AGM is far in the future, we will get whatever information is required in time to make an informed decision.  And we all know what the outcome of any such vote will be.

The various bits of good news that have come down the pike in the last couple of years had decent, but temporary effects on the SP.  And we should be able to appreciate why - nothing is ever in concrete, it's always some time away - but that doesn't mean POET isn't a good investment now. 

What we are looking for is something like - "big time company A qualified our IO; as a result, they have ordered as many as we can manufacture and we're getting the price we anticipated for them.  We can have x amount of them ready for shipment every month, with the first shipment within thirty days. As a result, of interest by company A and anticipated interest from other companies, we have already taken steps to increase the amount of units we can produce."

Although, to tell the truth, I'd rather just hear, we're being acquire for $X, where X is a number that at least 40% of us thinks is fair.
