Somewhat reserved until we as shareholders, have more information. Until that is available a more informed opinion is not possible.  

I find it a tad cheeky that the company, without further information at this point, is hinting, in the NR, that we will be able to vote on this as part of the AGM as if it's a routine matter, like reappointing the auditor.

I dunno.....
