This was brought up yesterday. 250,000 shares for sale after a .005$ rise in the SP. it was disputed by many on this board as inconsequental and not a valid point. I stand by my point. and agree with both of you. its crazy there is not traction to this, even remotley. sure shares are being exchanged but no value being added to our SP. 

some days i start to reall wonder what it will take to make it move back above a dollar. cause right now, i dont see it happening. and i am usually a very large optimist.
