I would like to answer your David and Goliath scenario question.
When I spoke with Suresh in Toronto during the spring he was painting the following picture. He said that industry no matter who would all want to use the platform because it offers so many advantages over existing technologies including cost. This statement was in support of how the agreement with Accelink is structured. They are not restricted in any way by their agreement with Accelink to do deals with additional companies. More importantly (for me at the time) there is no technology transfer to Accelink.
I think re other companies it amounts to “if you can't beat them then join them” scenario and it is difficult to argue that point knowing what we know about the platform.
