Overtime in a manufacturing environment? They are now up to 101 employees once this hire takes place.

Anyway I think people here need to stop overthinking normal share price fluctuations. And for those that have lingering doubts well  good for you but I  personally believe they are so far along that there is  very little doubt that they are going to be building differentiated products in the near future.  That thought process took  a very large jump when SilTerra expanded there facility for volume production of POET’s Optical Interposer.
