The important point I feel is that the company must not be constrained by the need for capital to the extent they lose their independence or lack the funds for commercializing intellectual property for products that create wealth in the future.

Warrants, revenue and if necessary PO are part of the capital formula, however.  I too would prefer the non dilutive path which is in the shareholders best interest.
