Yes, this rise can mean just about anything (and certainly including not much of anything).  My leading candidates are some sales have been agreed upon, maybe in a meaningful amount, and some form of collaboration, possibly to market the products, or to co-produce.  It may even mean movement on the India front.  

And so many other things or combos thereof, but if I had one choice as to what I'd like it to be, I'd go for India.
