I like that last sentence of their answer, FJ!

Your first two sentences of the paraphrase sounded a little like some dialogue in a skit in Kentucky Fried Movie (from the group who later gave us "Airplane"):

"We are building a force of extraodinary maginitude.  You have our gratitude."

For those of you who saw that movie, you will remember.  For those of you who didn't well, the movie, though dated, still may bring laughter.
