That is what I was thinking regarding the accumulation by National Bank beginning last Tues with the 300k buy order. 

If I am not mistaken you asked me to comment a couple weeks ago on the sell orders at .24 that evaporated. At least I think that was you? But how could it be since you just joined today?

Really there is so little trading taking place right now it would be hard to make any kind of call other than the usual day trading. If anything the lack of a short position suggests that traders do not expect the stock to go lower.
