Well, hopefully! What concers me somewhat is the fact that the list of tenders under evaluation seems to grow faster than contracts are awarded. Meanwhile  "our" tender has been shifted down the list to page 13 by newer tenders. According to the list, SCL has 871 items "under evaluation" with the oldest ones dating back to 2014.

The positive interpretation is that SCL needs the time to evaluate the GaAs thing, because it is a complex matter and would clearly mean a strategic decision. The negative interpretation is that SCL is too overstrained to get their stuff done in time.
