The big question; why would a company take on more staff and overhead given the assumed burn rate?  We’ve had our concerns about managerial guidance, but hiring people without the assurance that there will be money to pay for them would be negligent. 

Nobody blindly starts hiring with the “hope” that revenue is forthcoming.
