Scary, I agree that we should not be OK with Suresh receiving that many options at 28 cents. He should have sent a message that he acknowledges that he has tanked the SP, and taken no options (or perhaps he thinks everything is great and takes no accountability for the SP). If his plan works out, and the SP responds significantly, then he should be rewarded, and possibly in a huge way at that point in time, but not now. As much as we have all been disrupted with the SP, Suresh has been rewarded with the low SP in terms of his options. So, I'm not saying this was purposeful, but I am saying that he has benefited in a huge way with the low SP, and his options (assuming he gets the SP up).
