Ok i listened to the meeting as well , not very familiar with any of that technical stuff but?  Why would they not have adopted the posion pill again just for our peace of mind.

sure it sounds dandy to say we have canadian laws to protect us, but who has to pay if these laws are broken??? Do we have to defend our property monetary wise? 

What would it have hurt to continue with what we already had in place, would it have cost us much for extra peace of mind??? Don't know about you, but I wish they had adopted it again.

I truly hope they are not trying to lead us down the garden path
