Well if it's that easy, why does it not happen or why do "they" not apply this strategy all the time. We see very little evidence on a consistent basis of this strategy. I'm going to suggest to you that your strategy is more theoretical than practical as opposed to regular and consistent short selling to contain the SP range while scoring pennies along the way.We see this all the time.
