Fairly recent glassdoor review of Denselight, definitely better than the pre-POET reviews, but still some room for improvement.
For me, the take home message from this: despite all of the hiring, they are still seriously understaffed. Bring on those shift workers.
Sentiment will continue to improve as staffing levels rise.

Advice to Management
-Improve the benefit and package for the current employees so that they are happy and can recommend Denselight to their friends and relatives therefore Denselight can easily hire more talented people.
-Buy a project management tools to establish a good and clear system of doing things.
-Change the scolding culture to softer approach
-Appreciate what the employees had done and do not just focus at what they have not finished especially when the manpower is still insufficient
