At some point a customer under NDA would use our product and pay for it. Otherwise it failed

Even if they report earnings related to the delivery of NDA-related product (as eventually POET must), could there not be a form of NDA which stipulates that the customer responsible for those earnings shall never be disclosed? I know you hate to hear the name Apple, but I do believe they have imposed such NDAs on suppliers in the past...
