Regarding true value, it's hard to estimate for everyone since Poet, Denselight and BB have no (or almost no) sells yet. But you have some external confirmation with former Denselight shareholders that came in at 1$ CDN to a Company with no sales until 2018. (and i am sure that they knew that when they signed the contract).

Given that taught, they gave the IP one year ago to a value of around 200 M. 

On my side it's easier to trust people with knowledge of the IP than bankers that can manipulate the shareprice one month before the PO and with a 25 % discount gift).
