Regarding the actual purchase agreement of BB Photonics, it was interesting to learn that Bill Ring wasn't the only signature required to sell BB Photonics.
Michael Lebby, part-time CEO OneChip Photonics, part-time chair of optoelectronics at Glyndwr University in Wales, UK as well as director of corporate relations at USC in Los Angeles and soon to be CEO of Lightwave Logic (May 1, 2017) was also part owner of BB Photonics. In 2016, Michael will be helping Lightwave Logic drive their new polymer photonics PIC platform towards datacenter and telecom opportunities.
