In addition, actions of activist shareholders may cause significant fluctuations in our stock price based on temporary or speculative market perceptions or other factors that do not necessarily reflect the underlying fundamentals and prospects of our business.

I am interested in just who is an activist shareholder.  This statement seems tome to  represent the posting strategy of a number of glooms here.

Re Inventory - It should be noted that he financials state figures showing an increase US$ 1,116,880 in inventory in 2016.  Clearly DL expects to be busy in 2017.  The gloomy view is no product no progress. Yet the evidence is of action.  New products were already announced.

Inventory consists of raw material inventory, work in process, and finished goods and are recorded at the lower of cost and net realizable value. Cost is determined on a first in first out basis and includes all costs of purchase, costs of conversion and other costs incurred in bringing the inventory to its present condition.
