Thank you for that and it explains alot.

It bothered me to no end how this was utilized as a reason for retirement.  Knee issues are bad for sports stars but professors not so much.

This was one of the many of what I would catagorize as a "paradoxical dots" like ring oscilators, hyped commercial spots, platinum investors, etc
