I understand where you're coming from, but I cant see this adding any good to our current situation. The main reason I think this is not a good idea is because it seems your motives are driven by the current SP and position of POET.

In this same situation, if the SP were doing very well, ask yourself if you would still consider pressing the company for disclosures.
