Slide 13 has really caught our attention.

I would like to hear what Bill Ring said about it as I feel he would have pointed out the improvement between 2016 and 2017 and explained the significance of the blip circled and question marked. He might have also indicated what they were aiming for and when possibly. So if there is a film or transcript of the presentation available, more  intelligence will emerge.

On the face of it 2016 indicates the VCSEL was intigrated in 2016 and enough optimising iterations have been completed to feel they can impress their technical peer group.

 This is a very good progress report which gives an indication that we are on schedule for prototypes in the first half of 2017.
