I certainly get the feeling that we have another supplier now, although I don't think they (POET) are announcing who their suppliers are any more.

There was no official announcement that the suppy agreements were terminated, but, II-VI could make all sorts of excuses to delay the arrival of new epitaxy, achieveing a goal of not supplying POET, if that in fact was the case. Edit - OC clarified that we dumped them previously....

I don't know if their agreement contained clauses of non-delivery or failure to deliver, but if they didn't, they sure as hell should've, and I doubt future agreements will be without such clauses.

Whether we ever get this info remains to be seen.
