What I do not understand is that POET had deals with Anadigics, then another company and then II-VI swallowed them whole. So, POET's agreement would have finally ended up in II-VI's vault and then they would still be accountable to POET unless the agreement ended or was terminated. Have we ever heard that this actually happened? I'm trying not to be naive, but maybe I am?
