Yes, when you are doing something entirely new roadblocks can pop up out of nowhere, but the good news is that this tech is not new and different, in the sense that it can be done on existing fabs, which is the beauty of it and takes some of the guesswork away.

And of course the company never stated "to the best of their knowledge"....they just said there were no roadblocks in the science, which is something entirely different from what you suggest.

So, I acknowledge that nothing is a sure thing and that it is possible that something could still trip us up, but those items have to be precious few compared to even 6 months ago.
