Fairchij: The question that remains is why POET management needed to accept such lousy terms.

As long as we don't receive other information, I am sticking with Hanlon's razor:

"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."

People here accused Peter Copetti for not being technologically savvy and thus raising false expectations. However, I believe a financing at such disastrous conditions would never had happened with him at the helm. Now we have Suresh Venkatesan who is technologically savvy, but Suresh is lacking the financial markets experiance, he is not the "capital markets guy" Peter was. We need a management that has both competences. Hopefully Thomas Mika will fill this gap, and hopefully something like this will never happen again!

(BTW, due to attending a conference, including the Nuklearia AGM, I was virtually away from this forum since Saturday. Only now I am trying to catch up somewhat.)
