One possibility for the offering that I ve not heard yet is the fact that a lot of top level spooks are calling for a recession next year....if that situation transpired and PTK found itself short of cash, good luck......as a former Gm employee who miraculously survived the bankruptcy, I can say this.....Ford survived largely because they made a large cash raise "before" the last recession hit....genious move there....GM , of course waited too long and and was cut off at the knees....share price too low to do any good.....imagine the PTK brass potentially sitting on the edge of a generation leading tech.....you dont gamble with the companies future in case the VSCEL optimization is another 6 months out......my feelings echo pretty well most on this board , but one way or another I want the facts......in one year from now this offering could look like the move of the decade.....
