Counseling is something that requires both parties to cooperate. Someone is doing the counseling, but it is up to the counseled party to decide whether to accept the advice and take appropriate action or not.

I don't know whether POET management has searched for financing counseling, whom they asked for it, or what their advice might have been.

However, at a different front, we are very aware of the POET's communication deficits. Past IR and myself have approached the company in this regard, but without success. The company simply didn't accept advice.
