I know it's been a tough 24 hours for every shareholders, this quote from Rickthevet resumes so well what happened and for some strange reasons made me laugh.

I think two things could come up from this fiasco (and they are opposite) :

- They raised the money because late in november they will tell us that the VCSEL completion is taking longer than anticipated and don't know when it will be done (later in 2017). It explain raising the funds now rather than after this news.

or

- In late november (or in the weeks to come), tell us they had to shore up the balance sheet to respect the clauses of an important supply agreement
