Sulasailor: Many here won't believe the significance of the steps taken in the last year to get POET to this inflection point simply because the SP has not responded at each of the individual steps when announced.
So true! Reminds me of the shishi-odoshi. It doesn't respond to each individual drop of water, but once there are enough drops in the pipe it will pivot on the last one:
