There is a pattern emerging here, somewhere up front of us is an inflection point that requires a series of planned events/actions that have been conceived to deliver results.

Many here won't believe the significance of the steps taken in the last year to get POET to this inflection point simply because the SP has not responded at each of the individual steps when announced. But to echo an amazing moment in my lifetime 'one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind', the planning and preparation to achieve significant goals consists of a series of small steps and I firmly believe that SV and team have worked in a coordinated way to deliver us the shareholder value they promised.

As you say, what happened this week, the roadshow to Europe and US, the engagement of Shelton and the Public Offering are all steps leading to the inflection point. The presence of Michael White of IBK at the CC and other key PTI events for me points to the possibility that an old plan has been resurrected and this PO may well be as PC planned for last year which clearly came to halt. We know not why, but SV clearly has taken the initiative and here we are over one year on and I believe at the cusp of delivering the main event by a series of events that will drive PTK to the NASDAQ. The events have to be the production of the AOC prototype, a deal regarding the Detector which we were told earlier was to be first POET product to market, and the Q3 earnings call with the possibility of the first NRE revenue, which is timed for late November and may well be the trigger we all have been waiting form.

All this great progress has been made yet negativity has built up here and many retailers have exited, prematurely to my mind, in disgust. Their actions are an own goal on the SP and I feel that this is why we have had such a rushed CC to try to restore the situation which has dented the staged plan.

We really are our own worst enemies sometimes on this board.
