All this senseless chit chat about skin in the game.
Hasn't anyone thought about the legal implications of Senior Management buying on the open market whilst knowing what they know.
Our Senior Management are world class professionals, their credentials speak volumes.
If they were to buy on the open market, knowing that they had a tentative NRE agreement(s), based on development milestones, milestones they were confident would be achieved, the SEC would be all over them like a nasty rash.
And that would have serious legal consequences for them and put a huge roadblock in front of the NASDAQ.
Think sensibly.
If I were them, I would not buy anything on the open market at this time.
