As far as we know, and I do not believe the question has been asked, senior management, and perhaps all employees are banned from buying shares; there is no evidence to the contrary, but plenty of evidence confirming it.

I was certain that someone among the retail shareholders present at the last two meetings would have asked this question publicly (given how much it has been periodically discussed here) ... but apparently no one did.
