You're explanation on SP is exactly what I said in more simplistic terms, people who have done a bunch of research on this company have valued us at .85c. This is directly related to management because there is a disconect between the company's roadmap and the investor base causing such a low SP. It is their responsibility to deliver information and results to investors that create lasting increases in SP. They have not achieved this YET. ABP,,, agree totally. There is a fiduciary responsibility of management and the BOD to almagamate the intrinsic value of the company and the percieved value of the company.

One way would have been to put their own money at risk as shareholders have done.

Another way, would have been to find a buyer(block trade) for the 033 share position that has haunted us ever since the THM.
