Sula, many, including me, feel that the SP is in some part a reflection of the current potential of the company; you and Rainer feel it has nothing to do with it. I think in most cases, the SP is indicative (not dispositive, by any means, but indicative) of potential. My hope is that you and Rainer, and many others who seem to agree with you, are correct.
