Frankly Gliver, there are many in the classroom we can ascribe blame to, but to keep blaming the *venture exchange* grows tiresome. Considering that the venture exchange has had an exceptional beginning to 2016. I do think there are other areas to cast blame ....but to throw the blame because of the exchange, really grows stale.
