a bit of late for a reply but isnt it suspicous?

Anadigics, our former supplier in spe was bought out by II-VI. There was a bidding war between II-VI and an unknown entity (from CHN when i remember correctly).

II-VI won the bidding war, POET had to retreat.

Now the former procurement Chief of II-VI (now Coherent) joins Poet as Senior Vice President. I know it was Ajit times and before Suresh joined our gem but still that adds fuel to my conspiracy theories i had that time. 

Maybe worth to remember when you think about the POET story in a few years when a documentary might be made about this success-story.
