It is my FIRM belief that there is a MOU with a large Company that has not been issued as part of an official news release.

R&D companies, such as what Poet is, generally don't go around acquiring companies and hiring staff to increase their burn rate unless there's a foreseeable future revenue or MOU leading to revenue.

The other telling factor was that this was not a cash deal but a stock deal. People are starting to believe that Poet actually has something and is going to be worth a lot of money.
