Don't forget that our management team is comprised of engineers (as would be expected when the company is this size). It's all they can do to worry about the innovation and the dealmaking. Once revenues come in, I'm quite sure they will add appropriate talents in the areas they know they lack, so that they can keep their focus on driving innovation (and, we presume) the industry itself.
