Doesn't mgmt have to put a formal request in to the "Exchange" to get permission to delay the AGM?

It is afterall the AGM and I was under the impression rules were in place for such corporate yearend stuff.

Or is it that they didn't think an NR was necessary for us the "Platinum Investors"??
