I agree, it may be possible that Dr.T will still participate, but generally retirement means from ALL company activities, unless otherwise noted.

I don't think the TRAB has been disbanded since they'd almost have to announce that (since they did announce its' inception).

So presumably the TRAB still exists and Dr.T is not involved, although he may possibly be.
