Agreed, Gilver and others, the move away is more positive than negative. Or should I say it is emotionless and just a fact: BAE couldn't provide what POET needed, so POET looked for another partner. First they found Anadigics, now they have Wavetek. Improvements, obviously.

By the way, I am quite impressed how POET shied away from Anadigics on just "potential operational uncertainties". I mean, uncertainties are less than definite obstacles and "potential" is less than "factual". This shows how risk-averse our management is. Good sign!

In reverse, this is showing the level of confidence they have in Wavetek.
