Hi FC,

Yes, they are strictly a modulator tech but they are promising prototype transceivers this spring. It is not known what light source they will use. They have coated some IMEC chips as well as some OpSis chips. There has been very little data so far. If you are familiar with GigOptix, this is a similar approach with much more stable materials. We have been waiting a long time for data from these materials. The silence in the last year or so has been extreme. Michael Lebby will present the case for Polymer Photonics at the PIC conference. I am hopeful that it's not just more promises.

I am also a believer in POET. I own both stocks POETF and LWLG.
