In terms of production the company needs fabs that have the capacity to run very large volumes of 6 inch GaAs wafers to meet the expected demands for the SR and VSR Active Optical Cables. Currently the only facility that we know of that has significant capacity with 6 in GaAs wafers is WIN Semiconductor.

FJ, Do you have any idea of what # would be considered "high volume"?

According to the information revealed in the WIN Semiconductor Financial Report 2014......

Supply Chain

GaAs Foundry - WIN, AWSC, GCS, Wavetek (WIN, AWSC & Wavetek have 6" processing capabilities)

GaAs IDM - Skyworks, Quoro, Avago, Anadigics
