Ibran is right. GaAs-Labs was a party Poet did not see problems with.

We know that there are more than two bidders. So my feelings are mixed.
What if a company whos business is endangered by our disruptive technology - found a way to stop or at least to slow or control the developement of POET?
I know, contracts have to be served. But someone spending some millions on ANAD can also pay some penalty fees stopping all kind of cooperations. They always can find good reasons...

But stop. Also this I would not see as negative. Poet would be highly unproffessional if they wold not have a plan B. If there is a hidden partner , he now would have to act. So let us see... soon?
