Good info, but not exactly true from my experience last night.

I called TD about 1930 and got a message that said their office was closed for the holiday. I'm going to try again today and see what they say but I see no reason why you can't trade for TFSA purposes any time between the close of the market and the open the next trading day, but no doubt they will do their best to make my life miserable.

It's what banks do.
