Sorry you can only use the lowest price until midnite on the same day traded!

If the stock has traded:

• The stock can be valued between the high and low of the day, up to midnight
• If you call TD on a trading day before the market opens, you have two options (between midnight and market open):
• 1. You can submit request immediately using previous closing price OR
• 2. You can wait until start of trading and submit request using between high and low of that day.
• If the stock has not traded, the price used will be the last traded price from when the shares last traded (do not use the bid or ask price).
