Good question Hogan...I can't access rainer's cc transciption but I believe you have the gist of what was said regarding the uplisting.

All I can think of is that the company did not want to put the company/stock in a position whereby they HAD to do the r/s just to maintain the listing.

Otherwise, you are correct....the uplisting would have precious little downside, although the games played on the NASDAQ are wth the big boys, and they are equally able to inflict pain, as well as pleasure.

One other thing...I'm getting tired of the term "granular"; just give me what I've been waiting years for.
