It seems they have nothing to sell at the moment. Even their POET warrants are out of the money. So do I see this right, they are issuing 23 Mio new shares? And still they will have to repeat it another two times? Yes, this is called dillution. Let us see what will be left.
We know what is called patience. PNP has not much time to wait...
